"Misty Falls" by Joss Stirling
I am now about half way through "Misty Falls". So far I am loving this book. Just like the sequels its addictive and I am racing though it. Misty is 16 years old and her power is that she can only tell the truth and she can detect if someone is telling a lie. Also if her power gets out of control the people around her start telling the truth and can't stop themselves. Misty has gone to South Africa with Will so that he can find his soul finder, Crystal who is Misty's aunt is a soul seeker (she can find anyones soul finder) and she has located Will's soul finder. They got to South Africa and found a savant who lived quite nearby and went to visit her. Unluckily she wasn't Will's soul finder but she had a twin wiser who worked at a local school. Misty and Will left the next day to find her, as soon as they entered the school Will could sense her nearby. They found her, her name is Tarryn and she is the most beautiful teacher that Misty had ever seen. Will and Tarryn then suggested that Misty should meet some of the kids in the school and of course to Misty' dismay its an all boys school. Misty never had any luck with guys as she always told the truth around them so therefore she would always tell them immediately that she liked them and she would come off as desperate. After a lot of convincing she went to one of the events at the school and met a boy who was a savant as well. He was called Alex and he was one of the most good looking boys she had ever seen. His power was to charm people, he had an amazing personality but around Misty his charm disappeared and he acted like a jerk. I can't wait to find out what happens next!

Frankenstein Chapter 20
Chapter 20
One night, while doing his work, Victor thinks about the consequences of his second creation. He is scared that the female monster will not be as the monster promised. His biggest concern is that the two monsters will have children and they will create a "race of devils". When thinking about this, he sees the monster grinning at him through the window. Horrified, he immediately destroys all of his work. The monster, in rage, swears to get revenge. He also screams and promises to be present at Victor's wedding. The following day, he receives a letter from Henri, who suggests they continue their journey. Victor sails off shore and dumps all his chemicals into the sea, after taking to leave. However, the winds are so strong that Victor cannot return to shore. He panics, fearing he will die, in the middle of the ocean. But the wind changes and he returns to the shore of a small village, nearby his previous place where he stayed. The local authorities meet him, just near the shore and inform his that he is under investigation for a murder committed the day before and that he is therefore needed for questioning.

After travelling in England, Victor and Henri enter Scotland, which was a destination in their tour. Victor becomes increasingly impatient to complete the task in order to break his bonds with the monster. He has a friend in Scotland and urges Henri to temporarily stay with him. After Henri agreed, Victor departed to the remote Scottish islands to complete his project. He quickly sets up a laboratory on the island and starts his work. He dedicates a lot of work each day in order to complete this creation, but has trouble continuing knowing how bad his creation will turn out to be...

Victor begin to create the second monster. He questions his decision to do this and is unsure. He decides to head off to London to gather more information for his creation. His father realises that Victor seems to be stressed, so starts talking to him about the planned marriage with Elizabeth. Victor realises that his main source of happiness at the moment would be marrying Elizabeth. So, Alphonse proposes to celebrate their marriage immediately. However, Victor refuses and decides to compete his obligation to the Monster and travels to England. Victor and Alphonse arrange a two year tour with Henri, who will accompany them. Everybody is eager to do this as they are all looking for an adventure after unpleasant work.

Victor refuses, but the monster explains that it is his responsibility as his negative feelings are all because of the evil things Victor did. He promises that they will hide deep in the South American Jungles, far away from human contact. He also said he will monitor Victor's progress and that he will sort out meeting each other. Convinced by the arguments, Victor agrees. The monster is very happy, but still unsure wether Victor will actually follow his promise.

Safe seems to be an extremely strong character, as she takes initiative to come to the cottage and rejects he father's order to return to Constantinople. She is not the stereotypical gentle character that accepts the authority of powerful men.
The monster realises that his appearance is horrifying and he promises to bring revenge on all humans, especially his creator. It takes his months crossing forests and mountains, so he finally arrives to Geneva. On his way, he sees a young girl drowning. He rescues her, but the man who was with her suspects him of attacking her and shoots him. He runs away, even more angry and meets William, who tells him he is Victor's brother. The monster is so angry and attacks William, strangling him to death. He sees a picture of Caroline in his pocket and places it on William before leaving.
The monster tries to explain the circumstances of the killings. He asks Victor to create another monster that can accompany him.

"Seeking Crystal" by Joss Stirling
I have finished reading seeking crystal. It was a really amazing book. In the end crystal, sky and phoenix were taken by the Contessa and with the use of her powers she made sure that they broke their bond with their soul finders. But as Crystal had such good shields built up because of her problems with telepathy she wasn't affected and managed to escape. She warned the Benedicts and then together they planned a rescue. Their rescue was successful but after they got back they realized Sky and Phoenix's soul finders had been wiped from their minds. Crystal then realized, with help from the other Benedicts, that her power was soul seeking. With everyone's help, she restored Phoenix and sky's bonds to their soul finders and she was reunited with Xav. Crystal then discovered that not only she could restore soul finder bonds she could also find peoples soul finders for them. At the end of the book Crystal helps whoever in her family who wants to find their soul finder.
I really enjoyed this book just like the two other and can't wait to read the next book called "Misty Falls" which is about Misty, Crystal's niece who is a younger savant of about 16 who finds her soul finder.
