Frankenstein chapter 17

Chapter 17
The monster tries to convince Victor to create a female companion. Victor refuses, but the monster explains that it is his responsibility as his negative feelings are all because of the evil things Victor did. He promises that they will hide deep in the South American Jungles, far away from human contact. He also said he will monitor Victor's progress and that he will sort out meeting each other. Convinced by the arguments, Victor agrees. The monster is very happy, but still unsure wether Victor will actually follow his promise.
